Electric Sports Motorcycle
I don´t no if the environment is the key behind more and more electric-powered bikes coming out these days but I am glad that something is done to help our planet. There are mostly smaller companies who have come out with these electric-powered bikes and I guess it´s because the large manufacturers don´t belive that these bikes will bring them money. That said, I am really exited to hear that one of the larger companies, KTM, are developing an electric bike that will compete with 125/250cc two-stoke motocross machines. Accoriding to KTM, it´s expected to show up on the market next year.

The “Mission One” bike is looking amazing. With high-quality chassis components from Brembo and Ohlins, futuristic styling combined with in-house battery and motor technology, this Electric Sports Motorcycle is attempting to break into the Sports Bike market.
With benefits such as a top speed of 150mph (241 km/h), a single gear, zero noise and with carbon emissions and radical styling, this motorcycle would surely get on the top of the list for most of us bike freaks.

Key points:
Nissan’s ubiquitous VQ, which up to this point, was the only engine series that had made Ward’s Ten Best ever since the list’s inception in 1995, is conspicuously absent. That’s a big deal. Also note a couple of turbodiesel engines, one in BMW’s favored inline-six configuration and one that powers VW’s Jetta TDI.

Awards to be presented during Detroit auto show in January.
“A decade ago, few consumers in the U.S. paid serious attention to hybrids or diesels. This year, they have to, if they don’t want to be pinched the next time fuel hits $4 a gallon,” says Tom Murphy, executive editor of Ward’s AutoWorld magazine.”The diesels from VW and BMW and the Ford Escape Hybrid all got better than 30 mpg (7.8 L/100 km) during our testing, and often they topped 40 mpg (5.8 L/100 km),” he says. “And the diesels meet the strictest emissions regulations in the world. If Americans want to find a vehicle that consumes less fuel and is fun to drive, our list is a great place to start.”
Among the winners is Ford Motor Co.’s redesigned 2.5L 4-cyl. hybrid-electric powertrain, which motivated President and CEO Alan Mulally’s Escape Hybrid cross/utility vehicle to and from Washington D.C. for federal-aid talks, makes the cut.
During Ward’s testing, the front-wheel-drive HEV managed to easily surpass the federal fuel-economy rating of 34/31 city/highway mpg (6.9-7.5 L/100 km).
BMW AG’s new 3.0L inline 6-cyl. turbodiesel scores a slot on the list in its first year available in the U.S. Joined by the auto maker’s twin-turbocharged and direct-injected gasoline I-6 engine, which returns for the third year, the diesel employs a sequential twin-turbocharger system that provides the 335d sedan with impressive fuel economy and a stunning 425 lb.-ft. (576 Nm) of torque.
Volkswagen AG joins the clean-diesel party this year, as well, with its new 2.0L 4-cyl. turbodiesel powering the Jetta TDI sedan. Fun to drive and frugal at the pump, the TDI is an affordable and entertaining alternative to many larger gasoline and hybrid-electric powertrains.
Hyundai Motor Co. Ltd. appears for the first time on Ward’s 10 Best Engines list with its all-new Tau 4.6L DOHC V-8. Introduced in the new Genesis luxury sedan, the engine’s velvety power delivery, competitive performance and attainable price epitomize the Korean auto maker’s drive for world-class engineering.

GT By Citroen
Meet the super Citroen that’s a real play station! This striking concept demonstrates what can happen when the worlds of computer gaming and car design come together. Rivalling any Ferrari or Lamborghini for visual drama, the GTbyCitroen – to give it its full name – was first seen at October’s Paris Motor Show. Now, it has hit the road, and Auto Express got behind the wheel for an exclusive drive.

The GT is here thanks to the passion of two enthusiasts: Citroen designer Takumi Yamamoto and the boss of Polyphony Digital – the firm behind the award-winning Sony PlayStation racing game, Gran Turismo – Kazunori Yamauchi.
Essentially, the pair collaborated to create a supercar not for the road, but for the computer screen. Several sketches later, the GT was born. Yet they weren’t content with having an exclusive machine for the best-selling game – so Citroen decided to build the working concept you see here. The car in the game uses a fuel cell, but this roadgoing model features a race-derived 560bhp V8 engine. No official figures have been provided, and Citroen is keeping tight-lipped about its performance. Judging by the pace on offer, though, we’d guess at a 0-60mph time of around four seconds. With no sound deadening, the noise is awesome. The big V8 roars through the rev range and pops and bangs angrily when you lift off the throttle.

But it’s not really the engine or how big the brakes are that’s important – it’s the way it looks. The GT is more than five metres long, and its menacing exterior is made up of 21-inch diamond-effect alloy wheels, scissor doors, blue LED headlights and enormous air intakes. The smooth-flowing lines along the side of the car are met with sharp edges at the front, which accentuate the angry look. Gran Turismo’s designers said the GT needed to be aesthetically pleasing from the rear, too, as that is the view most gamers will see while playing. Citroen has delivered. The carbon diffuser hangs beneath a massive air vent, horizontal LED lights and wing.

Inside, the space-age interior would make NASA proud. The only similarity between the GT’s cabin and any other road car is its pedal layout. The dashboard is covered in a copper material and features flared lines and edges, while the switchgear is in a race-style aluminium pod to the right of the driver. You change gear using two steering wheel-mounted push-buttons, with a digital display in the roof showing the chosen ratio.
It is without any shadow of a doubt one of the most striking cars ever created. The GT has been brought to life to prove that the French company can take a fantasy machine from the computer screen to the road and that it is able to build supercars if it so wishes. Unfortunately, the only way anybody will ever own one is by buying a PlayStation 3 and a copy of Gran Turismo 5: Prologue, then earning one million credits. But while you won’t be seeing it in a showroom near you any time soon, maybe its dramatic design cues will shape the Citroens of tomorrow.
Pagani Zonda R
It´s finally revealed. After three years in the making, Italian supercar brand, Pagani, has launched its fastest creation ever – the 739bhp Pagani Zonda R.
This supercar´s body and chassis are made from carbonfibre, aircraft aluminium, titanium and magnesium. By using a mix of carbonfibre and titanium in its basic body structure, which is 4 times more expensive than regular carbonfibre, Pagani has successfully removed 25kg from the weight of the “tub”.
With a weight of 1070kg and power from the Mercedes 6.0-litre racing engine, this amazing car is capable of 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in just 3 seconds and a maximum speed of 233mph (375km/h).

Pagani Zonda R is an exclusive car. Only 16 of these will be built and only 5 of those are unsold. So, if you have £1.4m (2.05 million dollar) laying around, this baby can be yours.

Car title loans
Loans are hard to get for just about everyone, unless you have good credit. What if you are trying to raise or reestablish your credit, you have to start somewhere, right? This is a good way to start if you have no credit or poor credit, get a car title loan. With this type of loan, you have the ability to still keep driving your car and get the money you need to get back and forth to your job or just want cast for the holiday season. This loan is great for no credit people because there are only a few criteria that they need to meet.
With this type of loan, you need to own a car. The car title must have no leans or you must not owe any money on the car. The lender runs the car title to see if any other place or lender ha the rights to the title. The value you get for your car also depends on the Kelley blue book or the NADA guidelines. These books cover the prices of used cars and will tell the lender how much they could get for your car if you default on the loan. If you get this loan, it is said only borrow about one third of the blue book value. This will keep your payments more manageable so you don’t loose your car for non-payment of the loan.

Some of these places offer great deals on interest rates; you just need to do the research on the lending places. Some car title loans places offer you a deal if you bring in another person or other things like that, or they will give you $50 towards your loan balance. Please do the research, you don’t want to jump right in and sign up for a loan agreement that you can’t get out of.

Mercedes Benz SLR Wallpapers
The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren is an Anglo-German sports car jointly developed by Mercedes-Benz and McLaren Automotive, built in Portsmouth and the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey, England. Daimler AG, owner of Mercedes-Benz, also owns 40% of the McLaren Group. Due to the presence of the automatic gear box, front mid-engined arrangement and its driving characteristics lead some commentators to classify the SLR McLaren as a GT whose rivals can be considered to be e.g. the Aston Martin V12 Vanquish and Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano. Here you will find Mercedes Benz SLR widescreen wallpapers, 1920 x 1440 resolution .

Aston Martin DB9 Wallpapers
The Aston Martin DB9 is a grand tourer launched by Aston Martin in 2004. The DB9 is the first new car to be built at Aston’s Gaydon facility. The name “DB” stems from David Brown, the owner of Aston Martin for a significant part of its history. The DB9, which was designed by Ian Callum and finished by his successor, Henrik Fisker, superseded the now-discontinued Aston Martin DB7 (also by Callum) which started production in 1994.
DB9 comes in two variants; coupé and “Volante” convertible, each producing 470 bhp (350 kW; 477 PS) coming from a 6.0L V12 engine, originally taken from its sister car the V12 Vanquish. In fact, this V12 engine is why Aston Martin did not call the car the DB8, which could suggest that it has only eight cylinders. One report states that Aston Martin believed that this car was such a huge leap from the Jaguar XJ-S based DB7 that it named it DB9 instead of DB8, which they thought would indicate a gradual evolution. As of 2004 production is expected be up to five thousand units a year which is roughly the same as its rivals, in particular the Ferrari F430 and Porsche 911 Turbo. This car was designed to ensure Aston Martin’s continued survival into 21st century in light of its past financial troubles. Traditionally being a maker of more exclusive automobiles, CEO Dr. Ulrich Bez assures Aston loyalists that production numbers of the new DB9 will be slightly higher than previous models; however, the Aston will still retain only a small statistical percentage of the high-end sports car market.

5 Million Euros Worth Car
Yours for only $7.8 million, want one, oops, actually there is only one. Apparently some dealership in Austria had one built on order but never sold it. Well now they are trying to sell the car and are asking for 5,000,000 Euros ($7,848,492). If you have an extra 7.8 millions and want that kind of exclusivity don’t wait any longer.
Paying for replacement windows in this car would probably cost as much as buying a used and fairly inexpensive car.

A one-off custom-built Maybach was unveiled in May 2005 at the Tempodrom in Berlin. Commissioned by tire company Fulda, the Exelero is a chopped-down two-seater coupe, though it’s more than just a show car – in tests at the Nardo high-speed oval, the prototype reached a speed of 218.38mph, despite weighing over 2.66 tones. It is capable of acceleration from 0-60mph in 4.4 seconds.

The car’s design was the result of a competition amongst students at the Pforzheim Polytechnic Department of Transport Design, which has worked on show vehicles for Fulda in the past. The design of 24-year-old Fredrik Burchhardt was chosen, and his work was coordinated with that of the Maybach design centre in Sindelfingen. The project, based on the Maybach 57 limousine, required a certain amount of re-engineering; the A-pillar and doors had to be shifted rearwards, and the steering column, pedals and gearshift all re-located. The standard 550bhp V12 engine was bored out to 5.9 liters, and tuned for 700bhp and over 738lb ft of torque. With final dimensions of 5890mm long, 2140mm wide and just 1390mm high, the car was kitted out with a full-spec interior, including leather, neoprene, aluminum and carbonfibre finishes.

Maybach says the car, built by Stola in Turin, is “a one-off vehicle created to showcase the new ultra-high performance Exelero tire range from leading tire manufacturer Fulda”; it’s not the first time the two companies have teamed up, as back in 1938 Fulda demonstrated its tires on a Maybach SW 38 limousine. There are, however, “no plans to produce the model in series”, though it has been certified for on-road use.
